For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: thus its obviously necessary to attach "conditions" to the US dollars that will be coming. A 'Master' was hired and put in charge of distributing funds to 9/11 survivors and families of the deceased. Perhaps a half-dozen or so 'Masters' will be contracted to allot and track the ginormous expenditures required to change Venus-like landscapes back to something that approximates those of Earth. Instead of foolishly passing laws to reign in "47, their efforts would be better spent dealing with the looter problem; it is enormous; e.g., [NO EXEMPTIONS WHATSOEVER, LOOTERS GET 10 YEARS IN THE SLAMMER] ### PS Good to hear you posting messages again, Bob.
