We note that Trump will have Repubs in both houses, after just 31 or 32 days. So the Dem's position will be weakened. And thus it would then appear much more likely to reach successful congressional vote. As each day passes the Dem influence will be draining away. . . . . And persuasion can be applied to get Repub. votes

House voting now on spending bill. Once AG Republicans can agree on nothing..

If I was Trump, it would be a long miserable Christmas holiday if they can't come to terms and get bill passed.

So far not one Democrat has voted no.
