A few days earlier, an illegal from Venezuela was arrested in Colorado and apparently given over to the Department of Homeland Security on rape and sexual assault charges. 

The Colorado, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pereira on Nov. 19, and charged him with sex assault on a child. ICE issued an immigration detainer the same day with Jefferson County authorities.  Click Here
