I agree.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That's a good possibility.  Perhaps they realized they should have taken baby steps instead of rushing the whole EV program.  Americans are much more likely to adopt something completely new if they are eased into it rather than smacked over the head with a hammer in order to get them to comply with something new and different.
