I'm not informed enough about it to know the answer to your question.  In many of the industries I follow, made-in-America is still a thing.  The raw materials may be imported...  In general, I'd like to see fewer imports from what are essentially our enemies, though--especially China.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do you really think the United States is going to go back to manufacturing things like shoes and clothing, etc to supply this country?
