Joe, & ALL
I read it. The biggest difference between Harris & Trump is the frequencies of mis-steps. Trump has taken hundreds of questions since the conventions. And he's published a 16 page version of his platform, including the summary of 20 key points. We saw that summary published here. Trump does multiple one-on-one interviews as well as town hall style Q&A. Trump fills in background details of the reasons for his policies. And Trump does not run away from his prior views. Nor does he avoid going into events in deep blue cities and states. NY & New Jersey are examples. So one slip in the six or more weeks since the convention is an almost perfect score for Trump. In contrast lets examine Harris: < No platform or policy summary < Some policy leaks by her staff, but often she denies those policy glimpses < Policy flip flops have been frequent. < Kamala is attempting to politically run away from her time serving with Biden, as well as to hide from her ultra liberal views from 2019, & earlier. < Those ultra liberal views are the reason Trump called her Comrade Kamala. < Kamala has often "borrowed" Trump policies, but there's considerable doubt that she would actually follow thru, if elected. < No one-on-one interviews. < No town hall Q&A's < She hides from interviews, a very poor record of 40 days being absent. < Her one & only CNN interview included support by her Veep candidate Walz, to sooth her performance, & cut her time answering. < Her staff participated in the editing of this pre-recorded interview, so the public is unaware of material that was edited out < Reports indicated that only 16 to 18 min was actual Q&A, and the rest of the hour were fillers. (WOW More obfuscation??) < Commentators on both political sides criticized her lack of details and just generalities she mentioned. < And she gave multiple word salad answers. Topics on central issues like her "day-1" plans, and her plans for overcoming inflation had very vague, word salad answers. < Besides hiding from interviews, she's not been having many events in deep red states. In summary. Kamala has had so many mis-steps, seems there's a growing mountain that her campaign is facing. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Harris may have a word salad problem but did you read the exact full quote of what Trump said? Totally incoherent nonsense. What sensible person could read it and say otherwise? |
