When I travel the PA Turnpike east-west or the northeast extension I see maybe 50 wind turbines and in all the years I have passed them I don't think I've ever seen more than a hand full turning? I've never been able to figure that out, anybody out there know the reason for not working?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I live nowhere near ocean City, but I'm 100% behind the stated views of that commissioner.  Those wind turbines are disastrous.
