Unfortunately, that subject title was already in the public domain, on the web.  So we're kinda stuck with it, although it is indeed a crude and a politically based slur as you've noted.  

That kind of stuff seems related to the Dems promotion of wokeness, drag queens, perverted practice, disgusting books, especially in kids libraries, sex changing surgery, etc.   

Drives a wedge against folks who believe what their religion teaches.  

And seems that conservatives are on the right side of most religions (as well as the constitution & declaration of independence,) when speaking out against such crude examples.
