You misinterpreted the photo. It is stating (truthfully) that Trump is more corrupt than Nixon was. It says nothing about Biden.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Favorite crook? I personally don't like crooks as political representatives. But I will disagree with the wording in the image--Richard Nixon had nothing on Joe Biden. Heck, most Mafia dons have nothing on Joe Biden.
