YES I'm on board with that message.  Just saying that "indirect" is far more likely than direct reparations bucks moving internationally.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Understand, I was talking about money owed by China to us. Then the money we have borrowed from China. Plus all the costs from Covid. Need to rebalance our books.
