Yet I'd suggest there's been others who were equally notable political scoundrels.  Watergate/ Nixon,  Mayor Richard Daly of Chicago. Both Warren Harding & Grover Cleveland each had an illicit child. Also Jesse Jackson's illicit love child. And who knows what or who was involved with Vince Foster. We'll never know. 

Ooops  Don't overlook Biden's gift $80 billion of arms & vehicles to the Taliban.  Leading to Taliban waltzing into Kabul, taking control -- Thus enabling 13 military killed + numerous civilians died.  Also allowing release of jailed killers from various other bloodthirsty groups.
