The trouble is there's earlier testimony that Eric Herschmann, a Trump attorney, has earlier gone on record that he wrote the note, not Hutchinson.  So the committee already knew this note was questionable, and that the new surprise witness testimony was already contradicted.  A bit of trickery for the panel to put that on the airways, representing it to be new material but while its questionable who wrote it.  Another subterfuge.  Knowing its tainted but hiding that aspect.  

Some media reports may cover this piece of the panels trickery, but who knows how wide coverage it will get.
