Reports pointed out that the "surprise witness," Caddy Hutchinson,  wasn't there, and didn't herself witness that stuff.    She was only telling her memory of what others had told her. Go figure !!  Classic example of hearsay, which is not allowed in legal cases.  But much of the media will ignore this significant impediment.  Intending to mislead the public.

Other stuff was reported as questionable stuff, for example -- Trump was likely riding in a different vehicle than that witness was saying.  And still more questions seem possible

YES -- kangaroo panel.  --  As usual, seems the committee is out in left field. as far as reliability of their stuff.
