Description: Although Biden gave a talk in NY, with some proposals regarding crime --- those proposals seem dead-on-arrival. One commentator was critical of Biden's efforts to controls guns --saying-- there's already enough guns in NY to supply criminals for the next 100 years -- so Biden's gun control ideas won't help.
