Description: While the NRA is often belittled for its stance on firearms, most people fail to realize that the NRA teaches more children about gun safety than ANY other organization in the world. I took the photo, a stand-up display at the 2023 NRA meetings, where NRA also showed one of the "Eddie Eagle" teaching videos used to teach gun safety to kids on a loop. Eddie Eagle is a cartoon character both patriotic and parental the NRA uses to teach the simple but clear messages about what to do should children come across a gun in their everyday lives.
