Opens properly for me in ie11; must be a browser security setting. As an aside, pdf files are not for normal use for articles since Google can't search them.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I uploaded my first PDF article yesterday.   When I go to the article I simply get a message in my browser (IE11) asking if I want to open or save the PDF.  Some others get a pop-up with the PDF.  What is supposed to happen?
