One of the members of my Forum received something odd when she tried to post something. Here is her message:

Quick question...I have a notice for private messages but it wants me to download something to see them. Is this legit or will I see spam? And what is up with the announcement of an image below?

I wasn't sure what to tell her, but I told her I would ask you about it, to see if this was a software upgrade. Thank you for your time!
