On both devices I go to Settings/Safari/Clear History, and also Clear Cookies and Data.  Is there someting else I should be doing?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And I tend to clear the cache everytime I quit Clearing the cache on an iPhone is not simple thing to find. Probably done the same way on iPad. Not somethjing one woudl normally do on a regular basis.
