I'll take a look at that but probably can't get that set up until sometime next week.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I just got an ipad mini.  When posting replies i just see a plain edit box with no edit tools at the top.  When writing from my iphone like i am now i see the full selection of edit tools above the message box.
