Yeah, and I rethought it after I posted.  If we let members have an off-topic album there is nothing stopping them from using the forum to upload every bit of their digital photography.  And since everything rotates, I think I want to keep it all on-topic.  Agree?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You can make any album you choose but at this time all photos are rotating.
