The Staff Section was intended originally to be accessed by those with a Host/Staff flag. Those with this flag were intended to have some message board management powers. The question now is what powers.

Initially I'm thinking:

• Make message threads Hot so they appear on home page.
• Change Thread All so thread subjects can be changed as appropriate, or a thread moved to another message section.
• Change Thread Partial for avoinding thread drift.
• Merging threads.
• Move message for moving a single message from public view to the Host/Staff section

Finally, those with an Editor flag can currently do some image management but not much else. Perhaps those with an Editor flag should have access to the Staff section as well, and maybe given editing/creation power over news, features, images, calendar, polls.

So, the flags available are or will be:

• WizopForum -- full forum management (I set these, except set automatically for user forums.
• Sysop -- nearly full forum management
• Host/Staff -- as above
• Editor -- as above
• VIP as above
