The clip art area has a personal clip art section. The idea originally was that users would add items from the master to their personal. You are not a typical user. A typical user (95% or more) have no images in their personal clip art.
Using alphabet sound slook but that only works if their is some rhyme or reason to the naming convention. There is not, and never will be. Search would work but who is going to monitor/edit whether or not the descriptions/name sare adequate for search? Categories of graphics might work. What would be the categories, and who will insure the uploaded graphics are placed in the correct category? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Would there be any possibility of adding a button to either search OR alphabetize the master clip art for the message board? We currently have 59 pages of network-wide clip art, meaning we have 708 clip art images. I often find myself searching elsewhere besides the individual forum clip art, especially since I use multiple forums here and am aware of the images on other forums and don't want to either add them to my already large personal clip art collection or duplicate them in the public forum clip art collections. We already have several images duplicated among several forums. Even just looking for an image in one forum that has a dozen or more images would be easier if we could search by name or even just alphabetize them. |
