The idea is that sometimes the recent message list grabs threads that are of little value since they are selected automatically. If those had a red x to click it would note in the database that that thhe thread was not to be selected for display in the recent discusisons list.

Also, manages should check the current listing and if a linked subject doesn't make sense or is too vague, click the link and do a ChangeThreadAll to change the subject to a more descriptive one.
