Geeze Joe, I just meant posts of your choosing.
I'm lucky to finish reading messages on Ocean Pines. Cross polination is a good idea in theory; the question is, who will have the time to do it. One of the reasons I made the new "recent discussions" item wa sthe replace the old "hot discussions." Why? Because manually marking hot discussions and entering descriptive text is something few did. One thing I could do is place a list of recent discussions from one forum in another forum. However, coding all the relationships would be time consuming and I don't think the ultimate reward would offset the effort. However, any forum manager can certainly read other forums and post links to interesting items in those forums. For example, here's a quick copy/paste of the recent discussions in WCTP:
