Why?  That tends to usurp the other manager's forum responsibilities, doesn't it?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Forgot to mention, one of the items on my to-do list is some code that would allow a forum manger to click a link when reading a message and cause that thread to show as a link on the home page of another forum.
