I routinely have two browser tabs open anytime I'm working on anything, and all comonly used internet browsers use tabs nowadays. It's simply a matter of switching back and forth between the two as you work. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My problem is mechanical...I can't figure out the process of managing different windows at the same time. I can only copy 1 thing at a time, so whether I copy the link or paragraph first and then enter it on the message page, when I switch back to the article to copy the second thing, my message page has gone vanished! Two approaches. One is to copy yhe first paragraph and paste it into a Notepad file; also paste the URL for the page into the Notepad file. The open the page to add an article and copy the first paragraph from the Notepad file and paste it into the article. Also paste the url into the article. Or... you can open a second browser instance (or another browser tab) and have two browsers open at the same time. |
