For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: EVERY forum has a forum manager, and in every case the forum manager has WizopForum flag. It is the highest flag. Anyone who creates their own forum is the forum manager and has the same flag. Forum managers can also assign the flag to other users or can assign the Sysop fly that has some lesser powers, but not much. |
