Try another image. If that works you know the image is the problem. Images need to be of the type JPG.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Federal budget ....I downloaded a pic of the Treasury building to my desktop but it somply wont activate. No idea what I'm doing wrong cos I got it to work before
