Two things make it the choice for me. First the camera -- absolutely the best on any phone from my perspective. Second Siri -- I use it to post messages, text, emails, etc using voice instead of typing.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have an iPhone 4, I believe you have an iPhone 4S?  My wife is thinking about getting the 4S.  She isn't sure of the differences and I thought I'd ask you if you could give me a quickie distinction between the two.  Thanks.
