You should now be able to change the video url. Also, you should now see the Enable Video dropdown at the end of the forum options page in admin.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I went to your SportsChat site, pasted in the Cossell url into the Video "WMVurl" box and it shows as expected. So, I'm not sure why you were not able to do this. I used a url of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsG6Boy3bU4 Try changing the url to some other YouTube video to see if you can change it, then use the url above again to make it the one you want. PS -- until you activate video in the admin area under options (down near boottom of options) you don't have a navigation link to Video and can't add more video. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Joe, I almost think we need to sit down together, and have me log on as Sports Chat to debug this, and a few other general issues. As a database guy, you know beter than I, that with your access and super admin permissions, unless you are logging on with a userid of "Sports Chat," you have extra permissions that normal user don't have. - I am still unable to change the video URL. It is locked to the Cosell video URL you made. - I also can not edit my "poll" without getting a variety of a page not found error. - Also, despite my specifically looking for it, I can not find that "activate video" toggle in the admin area that you are referring me to. This appears to be a database "permissions" issue. |
