| It's also doing the same thing in FF, although again, it works fine there for me. Apparently only members are affected, not staff, which is why I see the problem here but no where else. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Two members on MEF report not seeing the "toolbar" at the top of the message editor. I am seeing it and everything looks normal to me there in MEF. After the first report I advised her to clear her cache but after the second report I thought I'd pass it along. Now I think I know what it is because here in Support I also am not seeing anything but a simple text editor that won't even handle a hard return. I was seeing this appear on the screen earlier today then it would morph into our usual full-fledged text editor so I ignored it.... |
