Why is the "welcome John Doe" in gray?  It can be changed in the Admin area under the the "Design" area. As you can see I set it here to light blue.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Why is the "welcome John Doe" in gray?  It fades into the background when I think you'd want the member to notice it immediately.
