Found the problem and will be fixed on next update later today. There was not a problem with adding new images, but replacing/changing existing images. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have never been able to upload an image with a specific JPEG suffix to any forum. (The upload seems to go through but the old image is retained, as if I never did anything.) If I manually change the image name to a JPG suffix, no problem. But this seems almost like a bug these days. Why won't the forum accept an image--identical images--whether the suffix is JPG or JPEG? (It has always been this way for me on all our forums with any operating system and all browsers I've used.) |
