Articles can be edited from the list or from the article itself. I'm returning an edit of the article to the article itself on the premise an edit would occur when one is looking at the article and decides to edit it.

The problem is that you cannot add or change a TN or Top image when reading the article itself, only from Articles/Features page or Video Library page.  And when reading, neither the edit article nor edit article info buttons (redundant as they take you to the same edit window) allow you to upload TNs or Tops from the edit window either.

The only likely options for a manager to add these images are three:

1. after he's finished an article and is done editing it, thus has no need to be in the edit article page, OR
2. at the very beginning of working on an article, when he also isn't in the edit article page.  OR,
3. later, when he goes back and decides to to add or change TNs/Tops,

And then he still needs to go to the Features Video page--because you cannot add TNs/Tops from article/video itself or their edit page.
