Good catch. I don't know why the hover isn't working but will have a look.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hover color of linked text in areas other than nav bar is not working properly.  It works in the admin area (old Management Center Ver. 2)  but no where else.  Everywhere else, no hover color appears.  (Excluding nav bars.)
