Ah ha!  Okay, Rod Serling, I'm with you now.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The problem you see is due to the server caching data. The cache expires every few hours and keeps serving old cache until the expiration. So.... that's the purpose of the Clear Cache link at the top of the admin page. If you make a color or other change and don't see it right away, go to admin and click on Clear The Cache.
