Hi Micki,
I commend you on working on such small little things like those mittens. Don't know how knitting with yarn in both hands works as I've only knitted a few things (many years ago) and only used one skein of yarn. I bet those needles are very slippery. I remember the plastic ones being slick and did try the metal ones but a lot longer than 7 inches so I can imagine the metal ones slipping out. Lol, well I'm sure to Paul it did look like you were fighting! Colleen |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: They are stranded, Colleen. I knit with yarns in both hands. I could do a pair in an evening. Biggest problem is that 000 needles are always metal and they slip out of the stitches easily. And, of course, the pair I was using is 7 inches long. Paul though I was fighting with common pins. M |
