Description: This is the wooden box I modified to serve as a base for the drum. Ran into problems cutting an opening in the front (broke my saw blade on protruding screws) so had to remove screws and pieces of wood at the top. It's lopsided but functional! Leaning against it is the awl I made from a dowel and knitting needle.
