Spinning and Weaving
Description: This is a setup for tablet weaving that evolved from a less desirable incarnation.... The "far" end of the warp (the snarly wrapped bundle of yarns at the left of the photo) is attached to the upright of a clamp, holding the warp up away from the board. The "near" end of the warp (the weaver's end) wraps over a 2x2 spacer and is tensioned and clamped to the underside of the board. Had the warp been shorter or the board longer, the "near" end could have been anchored to the top.
