Description: This is an old design on a new wheel. A loop runs between an anchoring block and the spindle post (which pivots at its base). To tighten the drive band, just slide a stick through the loop and twist it -- and the twists will pull the spindle post away from the drive wheel, tightening the drive band. It works!
