Description: This carding drum was made from new carding cloth, an old spool, slats, dowels, and curtain hardware. The brass uprights are actually meant to be mounted on the wall to hold a curtain rod -- but they make dandy cylinder supports. The thing that's really wonderful about this carder is that it works!
